Take 5 to 6 flowers in a cup (photo 1). Add 90 degree hot water in the cup (photo 2). Stir it slowly, to allow the colour to seep into hot water (photo 3). For 1 cup measure, add 2 drop lemon juice and 1 tea spoon raw organic honey (photo 4).

One of the distinctive aspects of the tea is the fact that the liquid changes color based on the pH level of the substance added to it, for instance, adding lemon juice to the tea will turn it purple.
